Part-Time Enrichment & Social Media Coordinator

Job Description Do you love dogs, creativity, and bringing fun ideas to life? We're looking for a part-time and temporary Enrichment & Social Media Coordinator to help develop and implement a unique dog enrichment program that can be repeated and refined year after year. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a project, thinking outside the box, and creating engaging experiences for dogs in our care. What You'll Do Build and organize our dog enrichment program from the ground up using a purchased enrichment curriculum as a foundation. Create, plan, and document enrichment activities, seasonal events, and themed programming. Develop systems, calendars, instructions, and materials so the program can be easily repeated in future years. Capture photos and videos of enrichment activities and daycare life. Create and schedule engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Collaborate with our team to bring new ideas to life and continuously improve the program. Track what works well and help evolve the program over time. Who You Are Creative, organized, and excited to take ownership of a project. A self-starter who can turn ideas into action. Strong social media skills, including photography, video, and content creation. Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Loves dogs and enjoys being around them. Qualifications Social media and content creation experience preferred. Experience with event planning, education, enrichment programs, recreation, marketing, or similar fields is a plus. Dog experience is helpful but not required—we can teach you the dog side!
