Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Mental HealthReports To: Chief of Mental HealthQueens, New York, 11354United StatesResponsibilities:Conduct psychosocial assessment, may include diagnostic interviewDevelop and implement treatment planProvide psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, play therapy, family and couple counseling, and other evidence-based treatmentsProvide crisis interventionProvide behavioral health consultationProvide case management servicesProvide agency referral and follow upProvide community outreach/education servicesMaintain treatment records in accordance with Health Center's guidelinesParticipate in agency Quality Assurance activities and case conferenceSupervise LMSWs, interns, and volunteersAttend departmental meetingsAbility to work on weekends and during late hoursPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited social work schoolNew York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License requiredAt least 2 years of experience as a social worker in mental health fieldBasic CPR (BCLS) Certification required (Health Center will provide if needed)Effective verbal and written communication skills a mustBilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) requiredCompensation and Benefits:Salary: $65,000.00 - 75,000.00 per yearMedical insuranceEmployer-paid dental, vision, disability and life insurance403(b) retirement savings planFlexible spending accounts for transit, parking, health and dependent carePaid time off (28 days for the first year of employment)Employee Assistance ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramsTuition reimbursement for eligible employees, andThe Health Center is qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
