The ASR works in partnership with Account Managers in high-performing territories, supporting transactional sales, and engaging in call lists and new account discovery. This position leverages internal technology for account research, engages customers over the phone to facilitate product orders, and diligently follows up on leads generated from marketing campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifies new prospects and engages with existing customers to explore sales opportunities and fulfill customer needsConducts a high volume of outbound telephone dials on a daily basisCollaborates closely with Account Managers in high-performing territories to support transactional sales efforts with weekly meetings to discuss strategy and outcomesWorks on call lists and hot leads and engages in new account discovery initiatives to expand the customer baseStays informed about product features, compatibility, pricing, supporting materials, and available discounts/promotionsResponds promptly to requests for information and qualifies leads generated from inbound inquiriesAddresses customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product features, pricing, purchasing processes, and moreMaintains post-sale contact with clients to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationshipEstablishes strong customer relationships including problem resolution with customers about any account problems, concerns, needs, and more and communicates those issues with the companyMaintains accurate and timely records within the company's CRM systemAttends and participates in regular sales meetings and training sessionsMaintains house accounts as needed What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience (1+ years) in sales, inside sales, or customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as NetSuite or similaAbility to manage a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and accuracyExperience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of B2B sales processes and strategiesDemonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or service goals Work LocationRealityworks is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a fully remote position working from a home office within the State of Wisconsin.
