This position is based in the Oxnard, CA area and involves physical work and have significant impact and potential for professional and personal growth.\n\nResponsibilities\nSystem Implementation and Operation (50%):\nOperational Expertise: Assist in implementing, configuring, and running the Bluewhite systems at client sites, ensuring operation meets our high standards.\nOperational Support: Help maintain and troubleshoot our systems, ensuring optimal functionality and client satisfaction.\nPerformance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement or customization to meet client needs.\n\nCustomer Engagement and Training (30%):\nClient Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their operational queries and ensuring they feel supported.\nEducational Support: Assist in developing and delivering training sessions for clients, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with our technology.\n\nData Collection and Analysis (10%):\nData Insights: Collect and analyze operational data from the field, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems.\nFeedback Implementation: Work closely with the CS and technical team to relay client feedback and insights, aiding in system and work-plan refinement.\n\nInternal Collaboration (10%):\nTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including technical support and development, to enhance system capabilities and address client needs.\nReporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system performance and client interactions, ensuring clear communication across the company.\n\nDaily and Weekly Activities:\nSystem Reporting: Generate reports on system use, troubleshooting efforts, and client interactions.\nFeedback Sessions: Participate in regular meetings with the team to discuss client feedback and strategize on improving service quality.\n\nIn the role of Farm Representative, you will be at the forefront of our mission to transform agriculture through innovative technology.
