About the Role: As a Delivery and Set Up team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are delivered and set up efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for loading and unloading products, setting up and assembling vases and ensuring customer satisfaction with the final product. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly Experience with hand and power tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience in furniture delivery and set up or similar industry Customer service experience Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Responsibilities: Load and unload floral products from delivery trucks Set up and assemble displays according to customer specifications Ensure customer satisfaction with the final product Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate effectively with team members and customers Skills: In this role, you will utilize your skills in physical labor, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and time management. You will work closely with team members and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery and set up process. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction will be essential to your success in this role.
