This role is essential in driving process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement in a high‑volume, fast‑paced production environment.\nThe Process Engineer will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and continuous improvement teams to enhance workflow efficiency, strengthen equipment capability, and improve overall product performance. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our processes are safe, consistent, well‑documented, and aligned with Direct Wire’s operational goals.\nDaily responsibilities include process analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, equipment support, and leading improvement initiatives.
