As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of Plastic film making machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nDuties:\nOperate and monitor plastic films machines during production runs\nSet up machines according to specifications\nPerform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance\nInspect finished products for quality assurance\nTroubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues\nFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting preferred\nFamiliarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment\nAbility to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately\nBasic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions\nForklift experience is a plus\nAbility to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures\nWe offer competitive pay and benefits packages, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
