RF Survey Engineer
ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with searching for a RF Survey Engineer on a contract basis.We're currently supporting a large-scale global critical communications programme involving RF site surveys, coverage validation, commissioning support, and post-install benchmarking activities across multiple international locations.The programme is centred around Motorola / MOTOTRBO environments and associated technologies including IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, Connect Plus, and P25 / LMR infrastructure.We’re looking to engage experienced RF Engineers who are confident working independently in the field and already have access to their own RF survey and benchmarking equipment.We're currently supporting a large-scale global critical communications programme involving RF site surveys, coverage validation, commissioning support, and post-install benchmarking activities across multiple international locations.The programme is centred around Motorola / MOTOTRBO environments and associated technologies including IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, Connect Plus, and P25 / LMR infrastructure.We’re looking to engage experienced RF Engineers who are confident working independently in the field and already have access to their own RF survey and benchmarking equipment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct RF site surveys, signal analysis, and coverage validation across critical communications environmentsPerform post-install benchmarking, system testing, and commissioning support activitiesValidate Motorola / MOTOTRBO radio infrastructure performance against operational requirementsProduce accurate technical documentation, survey reports, and benchmarking results for project stakeholdersWork independently across international customer sites while adhering to R56 and RF best practice standardsKey Skills:Strong experience within Motorola / MOTOTRBO environments including IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, Connect Plus, and P25 / LMR systemsProven background in RF surveying, coverage testing, benchmarking, and post-install validation activitiesAbility to operate independently in the field with ownership of RF survey / benchmarking equipmentSolid understanding of RF principles, antenna systems, propagation, and Motorola R56 standardsComfortable with extensive international travel and long-term project-based delivery across multiple global locationsFurther details available upon application.
