The asset management team collaborates with the lab managers to 1) ensure that all assets are properly recorded in the Asset Management system 2) all net/new or moved assets have updated details in the Asset management system 3) the ‘key’ from the Oracle system has been updated to each asset added to any data center and 4) providing regular audits of all data centers and scanning all assets in each lab to ensure that all assets are in the Asset Management system and that all assets are have the accurate detail included (lab name, serial number, make, model, Oracle asset id, rack number, U number, lab manager, etc.).Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all asset details are properly cataloged for each asset in the asset management systemMaintain hardware asset records in our asset tracking systemAudit hardware asset records to identify and act on records that require verification or updatesPerform stockroom audits to ensure that all assets are properly cataloged in the asset management system (in use or not)Work with our logistics warehouse to ship and reclaim hardware as requestedProcess disposal shipments, ensuring all records are accurately updated and verifying that vendor reports match Braze shipmentsMonitor and maintain hardware inventory in all data centers and store roomsEnsure that all Oracle Asset IDs are updated in Asset management system, monthlyJob Requirements5+ years of experience in managing assets both online and physicallyExcellent data analysis skillsAttention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with a cross-functional teamStrong ability to analyze data using spreadsheets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential.AccessibilityMavenir is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
