In the near term, this role will support and optimize our Agile delivery model — ensuring sprint health, cross-pod coordination, and predictable releases. Over time, this role will design and implement lightweight delivery and exposure mechanisms that support continuous deployment, feature-flag governance, and rapid AI iteration. You are not a roadmap owner. You are the execution integrity owner — ensuring that what is built is sequenced intelligently, deployed safely, and exposed intentionally. This is a remote role open to all locations across the United States, but the ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern Time Zone.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupport and optimize the current Agile delivery model, including sprint health, dependency tracking, and cross-team coordination.\n\nFacilitate lightweight sprint synchronization when initiatives span multiple pods.\n\nOwn a unified view of engineering initiatives, sequencing, and delivery confidence across teams.\n\nSurface cross-team risks early and drive mitigation before they impact customers.\n\nEstablish production readiness standards and ensure disciplined release practices across environments.\n\nOwn lifecycle governance of feature flags and exposure states as we evolve toward continuous delivery.\n\nPartner with Engineering Managers to improve SDLC maturity and delivery predictability.\n\nDesign mechanisms that gradually reduce ceremony while increasing clarity and accountability.\n\nSupport the transition from release-train style governance to AI-PDLC exposure discipline.\n\nImprove delivery metrics focused on predictability, risk reduction, and operational resilience.\n\nWhat This Role Does NOT Own\n\nProduct roadmap prioritization.\n\nTechnical architecture decisions.\n\nGTM strategy or external messaging.\n\nLong-term ownership of Scrum ceremonies once AI-PDLC mechanisms mature.\n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical program management, or delivery leadership in SaaS or platform environments.\n\nStrong experience operating within Agile frameworks and coordinating multi-team initiatives.\n\nExperience in continuous delivery or feature-flag-driven environments is highly preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability to evolve delivery systems without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.\n\nComfortable operating in AI-driven or technically complex environments.\n\nStrong systems thinking, operational rigor, and executive communication skills.\n\nKey Competencies\n\nSystems thinker who can balance structure with adaptability.\n\nAble to manage current-state Agile discipline while designing future-state mechanisms.\n\nRisk-aware without being bureaucratic.\n\nRespected by engineers and able to earn technical credibility.\n\nComfortable driving change in evolving operating models.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance plans, with significant employer contributions for employees AND dependents (contributions based on base-level plan; buyup plans available at additional costs)\n\nCompany-sponsored life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance\n\n11 Paid holidays\n\nFlexible time off401k plan with 4% employer match\n\nMonthly stipend for home office expenses\n\nMonthly wellness stipend\n\nLegal Disclaimers\nSimpliGov does not sponsor applicants for work visas.\n\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position begins at $110,000 annually + bonus + benefits.
