Frontline Road Safety Group is experiencing significant growth, and the HCM System Administrator will play a key role in scaling our Dayforce environment to support a multi-state workforce. This is an on-site position in our downtown Denver headquarters.\nPosition Overview:\nThe HCM System Administrator plays a critical role in supporting this nationwide, multi-entity organization by ensuring Frontline’s Dayforce HCM platform is stable, scalable, and optimized to support continued growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role serves as the Dayforce system specialist and subject matter expert across all Dayforce modules.\nThis position partners closely with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to configure workflows, manage system security, support integrations, and deliver accurate, actionable workforce analytics.
