team.\nThis role is ideal for an engineer who combines solid design and system-level thinking with proven field experience and the ability to execute independently.\nYou will be involved in the full lifecycle of advanced electromechanical systems, from design and development through integration, testing, and field deployment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop electrical systems, including schematics, power distribution, and signal integration\nDesign and develop electrical harnesses (schematics, routing, and documentation)\nSupport electrical architecture decisions at system level\nPerform hands-on wiring, integration, and bring-up of systems and control cabinets\nRead and create electrical and system-level drawings\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and integration issues (lab and field)\nWork with AC and DC power systems\nIntegrate and test electromechanical components:\nMotors and stepper motors\nDrivers and controllers\nActuators\nSensors and switches\nSupport field deployments, installations, and system validation\nCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams (mechanical, software, system)\nProvide practical, out-of-the-box solutions based on real-world constraints\nQualifications\nB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)\nHands-on experience in field work and system integration — must\nElectrical design (schematics, harnesses, system integration)\nWiring and integration of electrical systems and cabinets\nReading and creating electrical and system-level drawings\nExperience with both low-voltage DC systems and AC systems\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities\nMechanical affinity / understanding — important\nAbility to work independently and take ownership end-to-end\nPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)\nExperience with electromechanical systems\nFamiliarity with embedded systems and control boards\nExperience with communication interfaces (UART, Ethernet, etc.)\nWhat We’re
