The primary responsibility is to operate forklifts and other material handling to load, unload, move, and stack products and materials safely and efficiently. Materials should be transported to designated locations, maintaining accurate inventory records and adhering to all safety protocols. This position requires collaboration with other team members to support overall goals and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUphold and maintain the Company’s vision, mission, and core values.\nFollow all Company policies, processes, and procedures in accordance with Department Manuals, Employee Manuals, and Safety Manuals.\nAssist as a primary source for the day-to-day needs of 101 Plant Processing, including: Crushing, Baling, Cleaning, De-Packaging Finished Goods, Recycling, and more.\nObtain 101 Fork Truck Certification.\nOperate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and production facility.\nEnsure proper stacking and storage of materials to prevent damage, optimize space, and maintain organization of goods according to Company processes.\nClear production area by securing and moving finished pallets; moving empty pallets.\nLearn and become efficient on various types of Company equipment and operating machinery.\nAssist in inventory counts and management by moving stock as needed.\nAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Watch out for foot traffic and don all required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nPerform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and troubleshoot or report any malfunctions or needed repairs.\nPick and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.\nInspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition, reporting any discrepancies or damages.\nComplete and maintain accurate records of all material movements and forklift operations. Enter load data into designated Company software.\n“Feed” processing crews to keep them busy and get off the fork truck and help out with processing as needed.\nCollaborate with warehouse/production staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.\nSuggest improvements in processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.\nCompleting other tasks as assigned by team leader/supervisor.\nAttend all Company meetings and trainings as required.\nQualifications:\nForklift Certified with 1–2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or material handling environment preferred.
