You'll collaborate with the Team Lead, Product Manager, and Product Designer to build reliable, secure, high-quality software.\r\nAs a senior engineer, you'll lead code reviews, uphold strong testing practices, mentor junior engineers, and effectively use AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nBackend Development\r\nBuild and evolve backend applications in .NET 10 and C# 14\r\nDesign REST APIs that are consistent, secure, and well-documented\r\nDesign PostgreSQL database structures, and optimize queries, indexes, and overall performance\r\nFrontend Development\r\nBuild user interfaces in Angular and TypeScript\r\nTake an active role in our frontend rewrite using Angular\r\nEnsure UI implementations are performant, maintainable, and true to the product design\r\nQuality & Testing\r\nTreat unit and integration testing as a core part of development, not an afterthought\r\nLead and participate in code reviews with clear, constructive feedback\r\nWrite clean, secure, maintainable code aligned with our standards\r\nAI-Assisted Development\r\nUse AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate development, code analysis, and refactoring\r\nCritically evaluate the correctness, quality, security, and performance of AI-generated code before it ships\r\nDelivery & Collaboration\r\nWork within GitHub and CI/CD to deliver features reliably and on time\r\nCollaborate closely with your Team Lead, Product Manager, and Product Designer, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies\r\nShare knowledge and mentor less experienced engineers\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nStrong hands-on experience with .NET and C#\r\nSolid experience building interfaces in Angular and TypeScript\r\nExperience designing REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL\r\nA genuine testing habit — unit and integration tests as standard practice\r\nComfort leading code reviews and giving direct, useful feedback\r\nPractical experience with AI-assisted development tools, and the judgment to critically assess what they produce\r\nExcellent command of English and strong collaboration skills within a cross-functional team\r\nWhy This Role Matters\r\nThis isn't just about shipping features — it's about raising the technical bar for the whole team.
