We offer our employees competitive benefits.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\nEvaluate manufacturing processes and make recommendations for improvements to optimize performance.\nWork as a member and leader of various audit teams to ensure the most effective results are produced by the group.\nPerform on-going research and evaluation of equipment, processes, and techniques used externally in the industry.\nOrganize and facilitate audit team efforts.\nLead team in the recommendations of opportunities for process improvements. Assist the team in the implementation of those improvements.\nPerform internal and external benchmarking of key manufacturing processes. Develop best practices manual from benchmarking findings.
