This position serves as a senior security advisor, providing multi-discipline security support across Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and collateral programs throughout the program lifecycle.\nThe successful candidate will develop and execute program protection strategies, advise leadership on complex security matters, assess program risk, and ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Intelligence Community security policies. This role requires a proactive security professional capable of balancing mission execution with security requirements while partnering with government leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to protect classified information and technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary security advisor supporting SAP, SCI, and collateral programs.\nDevelop and implement comprehensive security strategies that support mission success while minimizing operational risk.\nInterpret and apply government security policies to complex program environments.\nAdvise leadership on security posture, compliance requirements, risk management, and mitigation strategies.\nSupport classified programs throughout the acquisition and program lifecycle, including program initiation, execution, transition, and closeout activities.\nDevelop and support security classification architectures for emerging technologies and classified programs.\nAssist with program protection planning to safeguard sensitive technologies and critical capabilities.\nResearch, recommend, and implement long- and short-term security strategies aligned with evolving mission requirements.\nEvaluate classification guidance, national policy, and existing security requirements to recommend appropriate protection measures.\nConduct Operational Security (OPSEC) assessments.\nIdentify Critical Program Information (CPI).\nPerform threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments.\nDevelop OPSEC plans and mitigation strategies to reduce operational risk.\nRecommend security enhancements based on evolving threats and program requirements.\nConduct indoctrinations, debriefings, refresher training, and security awareness briefings.\nProcess personnel security actions and maintain access records.\nDevelop, review, and manage DD Form 254 (Contract Security Classification Specifications), ensuring timely coordination and dissemination when required.\nEnsure compliance with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Classified Military Information (CMI), and applicable security policies.\nSupport inspection readiness through self-assessments, security reviews, and corrective action tracking.\nDevelop, coordinate, review, and maintain security documentation supporting classified programs, including:\nSecurity Classification Guides (SCGs)\nProgram Protection Plans (PPPs)\nStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nOperational Security (OPSEC) Plans\nSecurity briefings and training materials\nExposure Contingency Plans\nTechnology transition documentation\nMemorandums of Understanding (MOUs)\nMemorandums of Agreement (MOAs)\nSupport accreditation and oversight of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs), Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs), and Accredited Information Systems (AIS).\nCoordinate facility security requirements, inspections, and corrective actions.\nSupport classified meetings, technical reviews, and other security-related activities as required.\nCoordinate foreign disclosure activities.\nSupport Designated Disclosure Letters (DDL).\nAssist with Project Agreements and international security requirements.\nEnsure compliance with applicable foreign disclosure and international security policies.\nMaintain accurate security information using government enterprise systems, including:\nDISS\nJADE\nDFASTS\nSecurity Control Suite (SCS)\nDSMD\nOther government security management systems as required\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (current within the last five years).\nEligible for SAP access and willing to undergo a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph, if required by the customer.\nBachelor's degree with four (4) years of relevant experience, or six (6) years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.\nDemonstrated experience supporting SAP, SCI, and collateral security programs within DoD, the Intelligence Community, or other classified environments.\nWorking knowledge of:\nExecutive Order 13526\nNational Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)\nSAP Security Manuals/Overprints\nIntelligence Community Directives (ICD/DCID Series)\nDoD SAP security policies\nExperience developing and implementing security plans and protection strategies.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex security issues and recommend practical, risk-based solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership.\nDemonstrated ability to interpret security policy and apply it to evolving operational environments.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating across government and contractor organizations.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).\nEligible for issuance of a Common Access Card (CAC).\nAbility to work onsite in
