The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Spring, Angular, and AWS PostgreSQL, along with excellent project management skills. This role involves managing a cross-functional team, ensuring successful project delivery, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProject Leadership:\nLead end-to-end project execution, from planning to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.\nManage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.\nTechnology Expertise:\nMinimum 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Angular, and AWS PostgreSQL.\nProvide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and efficient code delivery.\nEvaluate and recommend technology solutions based on project requirements.\nTeam Management:\nBuild and lead a high-performing development team.\nFoster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.\nConduct regular performance reviews and mentor team members.\nProcess Optimization:\nStreamline development processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.\nDrive continuous integration and deployment practices.\nStakeholder Communication:\nCommunicate project status, risks, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.\nFacilitate effective collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.\nOrganizational Alignment:\nUnderstand organizational goals and align project outcomes accordingly.\nGood understanding of Infosys systems (Alcon, PBS, OMS, Quality, etc)\n\nEducational Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master’s degree program are strongly preferred.\n\nThe job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.\n\nIPS strictly complies with U.S. employment verification and anti-discrimination laws.
