At Bestgate, we’re driven by excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to empowering our people.\nBestgate Engineering is seeking a cleared Technical Trainer to support the development and delivery of technical training programs for mission focused environments within the Intelligence Community. This role is ideal for a training professional with experience developing and maintaining technical curriculum, supporting virtual and instructor led training, and working within SIGINT focused environments.\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four additional years of experience may be substituted. A Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.\nTen + years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs.\nExperience performing Instructional Design and developing formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and technical training materials.\nExperience developing online web based training and distance learning presentations.\nExperience designing, developing, and revising complex interactive, virtual learning, and/or instructor led courses of a technical nature.\nExperience with curriculum development and maintenance.\nExperience administering virtual training environments.\nFive + years of training experience with digital signals processing.\nThree + years of SIGINT related experience within the Intelligence Community.\nCurrent certification through National Cryptologic University (NCU).\nExperience with SIGINT and C++.\nSecurity Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph or Cleared Contingent (CCA) required.\nDesired Skills:\nExperience supporting highly technical government or military training programs.\nExperience developing training plans and technical courseware for complex systems.\nFamiliarity with virtual learning platforms and distributed training environments.\nAbility to tailor instructional materials to multiple learning styles and technical skill levels.\nExperience supporting mission critical Intelligence Community operations.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills within a team oriented environment.\nAbility to travel.\nSalary Range:\n$150,000 - $200,000\nThe provided salary range is an approximation based on current market data and may vary. The final offer will be determined after carefully considering the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to the position.
