Occasional travel to company locations and work independently with local management and staff to map, analyze and convert data.\nWe envision this position to a peer to Deployment Manager Workday 109 COE-9\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelops action plan to acquire, analyze and create daily dashboard information based on internal reporting.\nDevelops ad hoc reporting to reflect different viewpoints and requests\nAccountable for driving data integrity and performs “logical” review to catch errors in defined global data fields and escalates or remediates errors\nLiaises closely with data end users throughout the local organization and with SSMG senior leaders as appropriate\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's Degree. High School acceptable depending upon substantive analytical work experience\n3-4 years experience interacting and/or developing yield models, specifically related experience with data conversion and creation\nAt least 2 years’ experience with process review, design and implementation.\n5-7 Years of progressive, relevant leadership experience\n1 year of field deployment experience (concurrent with above requirements)\nProficiency with MS Office Suite\nKnowledge of departmental function, terminology and interrelationships for data types such as Customer (AR, Finance, Sales & Mktg, Customer Support, etc), Vendor (Procurement, Supply Chain, AP, Customer Support. etc.), and/or Material (Procurement, Supply Chain, Yield Model, AR, AP, Customer Support, etc.). Meat company familiarity desired. Meat and protein knowledge is desired.\nSkills:\nCERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate to advanced computer, analytical and data management expertise.\nHigh level of experience with MS Office, MDM software preferred.\nABILITIES AND SKILLS: Ability to design, select and apply standard policies and procedures. Ability to resolve problems and questions independently. Good oral and written communication skills with ability to furnish information to those requesting status of change. Ability to work with local management and staff to help make decisions related to master data and business processes. Help management understand effect of decisions on company performance.. Knowledge of meat company product and yield models preferred.
