Experience working in or with agency security offices or directorates is a plus. This position is contingent on an upcoming contract award to our firm.\r\nDuties may include\r\nCarrying out both primary and secondary (e.g., HRIS) data collection and analysis activities, interpretation of data and analytic results, development and vetting of recommendations.\r\nDeveloping reports and presentations and delivering reports and presentations to a variety of audiences, to include senior leaders.\r\nUtilize and develop queries and reports from NGA's HRIS system (PeopleSoft), CAVE, and Cognos using appropriate data science and business intelligence tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Office); and analyze data using descriptive (e.g., means, percentages) and inferential statistics (e.g., ANOVA, t-test, regression modeling techniques).\r\nPartner with the EEO government staff to provide all demographic workforce analytics for the agency and to oversight (e.g., ODNI, EEOC, OPM).\r\nIdentify, collect, and analyze data; then report on findings with respect to triggers and barriers to equal employment opportunities and an inclusive workplace, the current and historical status of NGA workforce metrics, and employee sentiment (e.g., awareness of and satisfaction with agency programs and policies).\r\nAdminister quality control and process improvement activities, including data entry and data cleanup.\r\nDisplay analytic results in text and visually using appropriate data science, business intelligence, and visualization tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Office), and communicate results to audiences at all levels of NGA.\r\nWrite and maintain supporting documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for data cleaning and process documentation.\r\nSupport annual, quarterly, and ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements for NGA by preparing and delivering briefings and reports as needed for both technical and non-technical audiences.\r\nParticipate in meetings with EEO and partners (to include leaders at all levels of NGA and others, as needed) related to EEO and workforce demographic data topics.\r\nParticipate in NGA, IC, and Federal Government working groups as directed.
