Under the direction of the Regional Coordinator, the Enhanced Support Worker provides direct support, skill development, and community resource linkages to residents who have a psychiatric, substance use disability and/or within the legal system. The Enhanced Support Worker provides services geared toward enabling residents to live independently and work toward realizing their full potential.
