The candidate must be in the US.Role Description:The AI Engineer role at PPLIED is a full-time remote position focused on building, improving, and maintaining the platform’s core matching and recommendation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing machine learning models, with a particular emphasis on pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP-based solutions to match candidates with roles accurately. The AI Engineer collaborates with product and software development teams to integrate AI models into production systems, optimize performance, and monitor effectiveness using robust metrics. The role also involves exploring new algorithms, conducting experiments, cleaning and preparing data, and ensuring that AI features are scalable, reliable, and aligned with user needs.
