CPA Director of Transitions
A company is looking for a Director, Transitions - Accounting Process Team Leader - Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain transition standards, workflows, and best practices
Oversee team performance and manage resource allocation for efficient delivery
Conduct client assessments and translate findings into actionable project plans
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA strongly preferred
Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting and client onboarding/implementation leadership
Extensive experience in managed accounting services and multi-platform ERP implementations
Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and Managed Services operations
Proven ability to design and implement scalable accounting processes
