Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. Basic English reading and writing skills are required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MECHANIC ICheck in and inspect equipment returned for serviceDisassemble equipmentSeparate componentsMaintain log of machine repairs or any discrepanciesDisassemble and clean components3. Perform basic machine repairInspect wiring harnesses and perform necessary repairsInspect and repair threads on attachment pointsPrepare machines for reassemblyBuild and/or rebuild components and set to specificationsAssist and/or prepare and palletize machinery for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdvanced mechanics will be asked to assist or mentor entry level mechanicsComply with all safety protocols including PPE use and proceduresKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS OF A MECHANAIC IExperience with small machine repair and maintenanceBasic electrical knowledgeAbility to trouble shoot and prioritize issuesTime managementAbility to meet physical demands of the positionAbility to work independently (alone) as well as with othersProficient in using various hand toolsGood communication skillsProblem solving abilityAbility to follow established procedures and practices and read instructions, blueprints etc.BENEFITSOur benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
