Asheboro's 200+ team members produce some of our newest and most innovative cereals, like Oreo Puff's cereal! While there is plenty to do right in Asheboro, the town is only a few hours from the Atlantic Ocean in one direction and the Blue Ridge Mountains in the other direction.\n\nResponsibilities\nWhy You Want to Work at Post\n\n3 weeks PTO for new hires\n\nTarget 7.5% annual bonus\n\nClean and highly automated facility\n\nAir-conditioned plant\n\nFree take-home cereal\n\nTuition assistance\n\nWellness program with quarterly cash payout\n\nPPE provided or reimbursed by the company\n\nUniforms provided and cleaned by the company\n\n401(k) with 6% match\n\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability benefits\n\nShift: 5:30pm - 5:50am 2-2-3 rotating schedule\n\nOperates and monitors production equipment, shipping, receiving, finished product storage or staging materials and supply replenishment.
