We have also built point solutions and products through Thoucentric labs using AI/ML in the supply chain space.\n\nJob Description\nRole Description –\n\nFormulate, organize, and coordinate inter-connected projects across multiple departments and geographies.\n\nLeverage prior experience or progressively build expertise in IT applications such as ERP, SaaS, and enterprise platforms, as well as emerging technologies including AI/ML, IoT, and RPA, as relevant to client environments.\n\nLeverage or develop functional understanding of business processes, with strong preference for Supply Chain domains, including procurement, planning, logistics, manufacturing, sales & distribution, finance, retail, and eCommerce.\n\nLead Project / Program Management for large-scale corporate IT programs and enterprise implementations, including supply chain and procurement product implementations.\n\nOwn end-to-end responsibility for planning, resource management, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, and project reporting.\n\nIdentify and drive improvement and efficiency opportunities across programs and projects.\n\nImplement project reviews and quality assurance practices to ensure successful delivery and high stakeholder satisfaction.\n\nAct as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment and business value realization.\n\nEstablish and run large initiatives through structured program and project governance frameworks.\n\nDefine and document project objectives, scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Develop high-level project plans with milestones and timelines.\n\nCreate and manage detailed project plans covering tasks, resources, timelines, dependencies, and status tracking. Ensure timely execution and optimal resource utilization.\n\nManage proactive and structured communication with clients, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.\n\nOwn on-time, in-scope delivery of project outcomes. Perform periodic risk assessments and manage escalations effectively.\n\nMeasure and communicate project performance using standard metrics and reporting mechanisms. Maintain comprehensive and reusable project documentation.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nStrong experience in IT Project Management with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nSupply Chain experience preferred, especially in procurement, planning, or enterprise supply chain environments.\n\nHands-on experience in supply chain procurement product implementations (ERP or SaaS-based).\n\nProven experience managing large-scale ERP or SaaS implementations.\n\nExperience working in Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid delivery models.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with high attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.\n\nPrior exposure to FMCG IT programs is an added advantage.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\n\nEducational Qualifications\n\nStrong academic background from reputed engineering and/or management institutions.\n\n6–12 years of relevant experience in project/program management.\n\nCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent are preferred.
