Additionally, we offer high-quality catering services and a mobile barista-on-the-go feature for added convenience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Portsmouth, NH. The Café & Catering Manager will oversee the daily operations of the café and catering services, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling, inventory control, food preparation oversight, coordinating catering orders, and maintaining health and safety standards. The manager will collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and contribute to the growth of the business.QualificationsProficiency in Food Service, Cooking, and Catering, with a strong understanding of preparing and overseeing food and beverage offerings.Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to foster a welcoming environment and resolve customer inquiries effectively.Experience managing Food & Beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to maintaining health and safety standards.Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.Prior experience in hospitality or a café/catering environment is highly beneficial.Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
