The firm manages capital on behalf of institutional investors and other high-net-worth clients.ResponsibilitiesPrepare meeting materials, agendas, decks, and briefingsSupport office operations including supplies and vendor coordinationCoordinate internal and external meetings, investor calls, and special eventsUpdate and maintain CRM recordsGenerate CRM reports and support IR requestsCoordinate domestic and international travelAssist with expense reports, reimbursements, and invoice processingAssist with data entry, reconciliations, document routing, and process trackingSupport compliance tasks such as document retention, KYC/AML collection, and audit prepRequirementsBachelor’s degree required2-4 years of related admin/operations experienceExperience within financial servicesStrong CRM and Microsoft Office skillsExperience coordinating travel and events preferredSalary Range$80,000-$90,000
