We have an entry-level opportunity for a Product Data & Content Coordinator.\n\nPosition Overview:\nThe Product Data & Content Coordinator provides essential support for the Sales and Marketing team and is responsible for maintaining accurate, high-quality product information across all digital channels including marketplaces, distributor portals, partner systems, and internal platforms. The role encompasses management of PIM workflows, content accuracy, administration of security and permissions, performance tracking, and recommending enhancements.\n\nThis position requires a technologically proficient and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in structured data, digital content, and analytical problem-solving.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProduct Information Management (PIM)\nSet up and monitor product data workflows for review, approval, and publishing processes.\nManage inputs, outputs, exports, templates, and user access within the PIM.\nConduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nAddress missing data, validation errors, and formatting discrepancies.\nMarketplace & Retail Portal Accuracy\nEnsure that product listings are consistently accurate across all retail platforms.\nVerifying all content is complete, including titles, bullet points, specifications, images, pricing, documents, and compliance-related fields.\nMonitor and resolve suppressed or errored listings.\nMonitor pricing, availability, and partner required formats.\nReview and manage comments and product reviews on websites.\nData Quality & Compliance\nEnsure product content meets marketplace, retailer, and distributor compliance standards.\nEnsure that all product data remains consistent and adheres to applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal governance policies.\nPerformance Monitoring & Reporting\nTrack product content health, listing errors, performance trends, suppression events, and any other performance metrics.\nPrepare routine reports for Sales & Marketing.\nContent Analysis & Optimization\nRecommend actionable improvements to product attributes and supporting documents.\nSuggest opportunities for enhanced content, bundling, or improved positioning.\nEnsure MAUC and margin structures are accurately reflected in product data.\nPlatform Access & Credential Management\nTrack credentials and maintain secure, organized records.\nManage roles, permission, access, and troubleshooting.\nEnsure systems remain accessible and correctly configured for all internal and external users.\nTraining internal and external users on portal tools and resources.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information.\nDocument internal workflows, SOPs, and content processes for team use.\nSupport internal teams by providing needed content files, data, or reports.\nCommunicate professionally with partners, vendors, and support contacts.\nAwareness of SKU Lifecycle\nTrack changes to product information, maintain version histories, and support rollback if necessary.\nOversee digital traffic, comments, and reviews.
