Description: Need OB Hospitalist providers that can handle high-risk pregnancies. In the day, Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists will be available in-house. Maternal Fetal Medicine will be on call at night. Looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible. Providers must have clean files to qualify for emergency temporary privileges. The role primarily covers the Maternal Fetal Medicine service and its patients, along with being available for urgent obstetrical needs and emergencies. Typically assisting other OB providers with cesarean sections and other obstetrical procedures. There is constant collaboration with other OB providers in-house for support and assistance. There is 24/7 access to Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists. The electronic documentation system in use is Epic. Also, electronic fetal monitoring technology is utilized. Candidates must have a proven record in handling high-risk pregnancies. Experience in Level II nursery care is preferred.
