Job Description
The Farmers Insurance - Leneve Kosmecki agency is currently seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated individual, with effective time management, and a positive attitude to join our agency. As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, as well as work to support agency growth through new business generation.
This is not a remote position and will be inside our agency. This will start as a part time position working 15-20 hours/week and the right person may convert to fulltime. Candidates must have customer service and sales experience in professional office or in a retail setting. Need to have the ability to work in a team environment, and an excellent professional telephone presence. Must be able to pass state insurance license exam and meet continuing education requirements (We will help you with this).
Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Handle all incoming calls from clients and potential customers.
Process client policy change requests.
Take and process premium payments from clients.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Schedule appointments for Agent to meet prospective customers.
Requirements
Minimum one (1) year of customer service and/or sales experience in a professional office setting or retail environment is required.
Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
Familiar with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, etc.) is required
Bilingual: English and Spanish is highly preferred
Previous insurance or banking industry experience highly preferred.
