Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our Swansboro team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing office equipment at customer locations. Your technical expertise and customer service skills will ensure that our clients receive outstanding customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and Setup: Install, configure, and test equipment at customer sites to ensure proper operation and functionality.Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to prevent downtime and extend the life of the equipment.Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all service work performed, including equipment repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.Training: Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment to enhance their overall experience.Travel: Travel to various customer locations to provide on-site service and support.Other Duties: As required by management.QualificationsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing technical equipment and systems. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, basic computer knowledge is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in a field service technician role or similar position preferred.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
