This role involves on-site work, local travel, and some hybrid schedule flexibility.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookkeeping for multiple locationsPerform bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysisPrepare monthly financial statementsProcess payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivableAssist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and fixed asset trackingPrepare 1099s and coordinate W-2 correctionsSupport internal controls and light HR duties, including benefits and personnel filesQualifications4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceDegree in accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll processing Strong communication skills and the ability to work independentlyTiming is everything.
