Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Lead, located in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including organizing shipping and receiving activities, coordinating packing processes, managing inventory control, and leading unloading procedures. The individual will ensure workflow efficiency by operating equipment, maintaining safety procedures, and supervising team members to meet operational goals effectively. Qualifications Proven expertise in Shipping & Receiving and Packing operationsExperience with Unloading and working with Pallet JacksSkilled in Inventory Control and maintaining accurate stock recordsStrong leadership and organizational skills to manage warehouse teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced, physical environment with a focus on safetyPrior experience operating warehouse equipment is an assetHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehousing are a plus
