Participates in code reviews.\nParticipates in the sprint planning meetings to assign story points and commit to the user stories planned for a given weekly sprint.\nSupports troubleshoot problems with existing applications.\nDesigning, building, and maintaining monitoring and testing infrastructure.\nDesign and develop a modern highly responsive web-based user interface for Microservices based web application.\nLeverage the latest tools and techniques of web UI/UX Development spectrum.\nUnderstand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.\nSupports development of technical documentation.\nSupports IT program requirements and metrics development, definition, data quality assessment, and strategic analysis.\nCollects and analyzes data to produce forecasts, assessments, recommendations, and reports.\nParticipates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of applications.\nTranslates requirements into technical specifications and diagrams and implements them in conformance with architectural and business requirements.\nAssist with the preparation of program level and user level documentation and training manuals as required.\nAssists with the development and maintenance of operational and system level documentation.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:\nHands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, front-end frameworks, such as Angular and React, and Node.js back-end application frameworks.\nExperience with web services (SOAP, RESTful, XML, JSON, etc.).\nUnderstanding of NoSQL databases, and experience with AWS DynamoDB is a plus.\nThorough understanding of Object-Oriented principles (Analysis and Design), DevOps culture.\nIdentifies reusable functionality and implements it as a reusable component.\nKnowledge of IT standards, methodologies, system development life cycle and project management frameworks.\nExposure to and familiarity with various industries and specific operational solutions and tools.\nDemonstrable experience with: GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonarqube, etc.\nExperience in designing solutions using one or more Amazon Web Services.\nKnowledge of AWS SDKs is a plus.\nCandidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.\nCandidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\n2+ years of experience with React and/or Express.js.\nExperience with Jest testing framework and MSW API mocking.\nExperience with AWS SDK for JavaScript.\nExperience with Spring Boot and Java.\nExperience with CMS Marketplace eligibility and appeal processing.\nExperience / knowledge of CMS processes, standards and Design System.\nEDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:\nBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or comparable field\n4+ years of experience\nWHAT WE OFFER:\nAt Sparksoft, we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, inspired, and connected.
