Terminal Operations Specialist/Supervisor (Mandarin Required)

With over 2,000 employees worldwide, GOFO’s operations span the United States, Canada, France, the Netherlands, and Italy, offering data-backed solutions for global and local logistics challenges.Responsibilities:Conduct basic operational training including standard operating procedures (SOP), safety protocols, scanning processes, loading processes, and delivery processes.Deliver structured onboarding training for new hires.Support daily training courses and materials for assigned terminal sites.Assist in maintaining accurate training records and attendance logs.Observe on-site operations and provide timely guidance and constructive feedback.Support training planning and deployment during peak business seasons.Conduct terminal site inspections and collaborate with site management on KPI audits.Collect and summarize special operational scenarios for the driver management team to refine rules and processes. Requirements:3+ years of working experience in warehouse, terminal station, or last-mile delivery operations; basic management or coaching capability is preferred.Familiar with standard SOP, scanning, loading, and full-cycle delivery processes.Comfortable working on-site with flexible working hours.Able to travel as required by business needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates are highly preferred.Strong coordination and execution skills to cooperate with terminal teams and drive task implementation.
