The ideal candidate is a hardworking team player who thrives in a\nfast-paced environment while serving as an exceptional brand ambassador for our reputation\nwithin the vibrant community of vanlifers, adventure seekers, and outdoor enthusiasts.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities:\n\nReceive and inspect incoming shipments of materials and goods, ensuring accuracy and\ncondition of items received,\nSafely load, unload, and transport automotive parts, components, and materials\nthroughout the warehouse and production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other\nequipment to ensure production lines are consistently stocked with the necessary\nmaterials,\nConfirm shipment contents against packing slips and report any discrepancies or\ndamages to the appropriate team for resolution,\nProperly shelve parts in designated locations or establish organized storing locations as\nneeded to ensure accessibility and efficiency,\nPull and deliver parts daily to the manufacturing line, ensuring timely and accurate\nfulfillment of production needs,\nMonitor inventory levels of non-BOM (Bill of Materials) parts and consumables, ensuring\nadequate stock to prevent disruptions in production,\nMaintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of warehouse space in accordance with\ncompany standards and OSHA regulations,\nUtilize the ERP system (NetSuite) to log all activities, including receiving, stocking,\npulling, and inventory adjustments, ensuring data accuracy and traceability,\nCommunicate continuously and effectively with purchasing and production teams to\naddress inventory needs, shortages, and other operational requirements,\nHandle the transportation of materials and supplies between warehouse locations and\nproduction teams, ensuring safe and secure movement,\nSupport the procurement team’s goals by fostering a culture of collaboration,\ncooperation, and camaraderie among all team members,\nOperate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and in compliance\nwith company and regulatory guidelines,\nContribute to the overall success of the warehouse team by co-elevating with all team\nmembers through collaboration, cooperation, and camaraderie,\nPerform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned to support organizational and\nteam goals.\n\nWork Schedule:\n\n(4) 10-hour shifts: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch\n\nWork Location:\n\nProduction Facility / Warehouse (Springfield, MO)\n\nCompensation:\n\nStarting @ $20.00 / hour + Incentives + Rewards\n\nQualifications/Skills:\n\nTo qualify for this role, candidates should have expertise in material handling, including safely\noperating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, along with strong organizational skills to\nmaintain efficient and safe warehouse operations.
