This is not your typical diner!\n\nWe are looking for extraordinary Overnight Servers that can give our diners a unique and memorable experience, to the highest of standards. If you are looking for a challenge and your next thrilling career move, then we want you!\n\nQualifications:\nPreferably at least 2-3 years restaurant experience.\nFood service background.\nBilingual is a plus.\nServe Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus.\nTechnical skills required.\nMust be flexible and able to work different shifts, including weekends, and holidays.\n\nDuties include:\nMaintains a guest focus while performing duties.\nAssumes responsibility for quality guests' experience.\nWelcome and greet guests within minutes of being seated.\nInforms guests of specials and menu changes.\nAnswer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.\nTake food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system before taking item to the table.\nDeliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.\nClean and prepare the table for the arrival of menu items.\nPerform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.\nMaintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.\nMonitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.\nRespond promptly and courteously to any requests.\nProvide proactive beverage refills\nThank guests for their visit and invite them to return.\nNotify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.\nPerforms other duties as assigned by a manager.\n\nQualifications, characteristics and skills to be successful:\nMust be able to work well in a team environment.\nMust be able to multi-task.\nMust be able to work in a fast paced environment.\nMust have a great, positive energy, that can communicate effectively and clearly with guests and staff.\nMust be open to constructive criticism and learn from feedback.\nMust be flexible and able to work different shifts, including overnights and weekends.\nCommunication.\nTime management.\nProblem solving.\nRespect.\nTeamwork.\nIntegrity.\nWork ethic.\nAttention to detail.\n\nJob types: Full-time Overnight\n\nPlease send resume to chitchatdiner@gmail.com or Come in person and ask for a Manager and fill out an application.
