M-F - 7am - 3:30pm. Candidate must be open to work swing and graveshifts when necessary for audits and training. Notice will be provided.\nCandidate must also be open to work overtime as needed.\nDuties:\nConduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local dairy regulations, including PMO standards and state-specific requirements.\nDesign, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on dairy regulatory requirements tailored to various roles—production staff, lab technicians, supervisors, and plant managers.\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance, and HR) to identify root causes of non-compliance and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.\nMaintain accurate records of audit findings, training sessions, and compliance activities. Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies as needed.\nAnalyze audit trends and compliance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in food science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
