STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING - PROJECT ENGINEER, DENVER OFFICEMcNamara Salvia is hiring in our growing Denver, CO Office opened in 2020! This a unique opportunity to work on both local and national projects varying from complex renovations to tall towers in a wide range of market sectors. Applicants will also be directly involved in the growth and creation of culture in the new office.The Role:The position of Project Engineer involves structural analysis and design, computer modeling and calculations, client interaction, and collaboration with leading architects, planners, and engineers. You will work in a collaborative team environment on various building projects in a variety of market sectors, managing small to medium-sized projects.Duties:This is a diverse role and the duties include:Engineering, analysis, and design tasksPreparation of engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, analytical models, reports and correspondenceConstruction Administration including review of shop drawings, submittals, RFIs and field observationAttend internal and external meetings with clients and design team membersOccasional field inspections and investigationsSupport of production efforts with Revit modeling tasksQualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience in structural engineering with emphasis on building structuresBachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural engineering (Master's highly preferred)EIT and tracking towards PE/SE licensureKnowledge of building codes and standards such as IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACIExpertise with structural programs including RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE, REVITExcellent planning and organizational experienceHighly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challengesBenefits:Competitive salary + bonus packageMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceExceptional 401(k) plan with matching11 Paid Holidays15 Days of Accrued Paid Time OffMcNamara • Salvia has provided a good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this position in this specific location.
