This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong customer service foundation who are looking to build a career within the insurance industry.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to client and broker inquiriesCommunicate policy updates, billing changes, and coverage details clearly and accuratelyManage certificates of insurance, including issuance and updatesProcess policy changes, endorsements, and basic transactionsSupport clients with policy servicing needs and assist with the renewal processGuide clients through online account access and navigationMaintain accurate, timely documentation within the agency management system (e.g., Applied Epic)Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership as appropriateQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredActive Property & Casualty license in the state of business, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hirePrior customer service experience required; insurance industry experience strongly preferred, ideally within truckingBasic understanding of insurance terminology and policy structures is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Experience with Applied Epic and CSR24 or similar agency management systems preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems and concepts Professionalism and a customer-first mindsetAbility to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by lawSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmOffice Location: 1005 Technology Parkway, Cedar Falls, IA 50613 (Paladin Group)Benefits:Competitive CompensationHealth Insurance Plans (PPO, HSA, Copay Options)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany Paid Disability InsuranceSupplemental Insurance including Critical Illness, Accident, Legal, Pet Insurance401(k) with Safe Harbor MatchPaid Time Off Paid HolidaysNo Solicitation Notification to Agencies: Please note that Keystone and our Partner Agencies do not accept unsolicited resumes or calls from third-party recruiters or employment agencies.
