This position plays a key role in coordinating capital improvement projects, operational initiatives, vendor activities, and resident communications to ensure projects are completed efficiently and with minimal disruption.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience managing multiple priorities while collaborating with residents, contractors, property teams, and leadership.
