The team partners closely with Technology and Development through Scrum-based workflows to resolve data issues, improve data quality, and continuously enhance processes. We foster a culture of accountability, partnership, and growth while maintaining a strong customer-focused mindset.About the Role:As the Manager, Court Services, you will be a people leader and delivery leader, responsible for managing and developing a Scrum-aligned team of court data professionals. This role is a key bridge between business operations and technology, partnering closely with Development leadership to ensure court data issues are prioritized, resolved, and delivered efficiently.You will lead a small team of direct reports in this role. This position requires a leader who can manage people, projects, and priorities while maintaining strong data quality and delivery standards.Responsibilities:Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Court Services professionals to ensure high performance, accountability, and engagementManaging and supporting a Scrum-aligned team, ensuring business priorities are effectively aligned with technology deliveryPartnering closely with Development leadership to coordinate sprint work, timelines, and delivery commitmentsOverseeing and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of court data outputsEstablishing, documenting, and enforcing operational standards, workflows, and proceduresMonitoring, analyzing, and reporting on team performance, data quality, and project progress using reporting tools and dashboardsTroubleshooting and resolving complex data, process, or workflow issues impacting delivery or qualityFacilitating collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholdersPreparing and delivering clear updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and internal partnersIdentifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilitySupporting and reinforcing a customer-focused mindset across the teamRequirements:3-5+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead with accountabilityBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experienceExperience managing work in a project-based or Scrum / Agile-aligned environmentStrong understanding of data operations, data quality, or data-driven workflowsWorking knowledge of SQL (querying and basic analysis - not development-level)Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience using or creating Power BI reportsProven ability to analyze metrics, interpret data, and communicate insights effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsExperience partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Development, or Analytics teamsCustomer-facing or stakeholder-management experienceWorking for you:We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
