Provide technical support to employees and addressing software issues efficiently. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Meet with clients to discuss requirements and project progress. Demonstrate and gather feedback on site modifications. Stay updated with recent technological and software advancements. Enthusiastic about learning new skills and striving for improvement. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team. Generate requested reports in NetSuite. Manage and maintain the NetSuite database. Perform other assigned duties as needed. SkillsRequired: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript. Preferred: PHP, MySQL, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, NetSuite, ASP.NET, C#. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word proficiency a must. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well within the organization. Outstanding organizational, communication and analytical skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
