Uses a variety of tools including torque drivers and hand tools.\nThe operator is expected to adhere to ESD standards, safety and quality requirements, supporting our schedule in a timely manner and recording their time appropriately during the manufacturing process so we can cost the products effectively.\nShould be able to read and write English, be able to interpret drawings, work instructions and communicate effectively.\nIndividual is expected to maintain a clean workspace and adhere to proper material handling techniques.\nPrior experience with reading assembly prints and following instructions.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nResponsible for identifying parts required for the particular work order and gathering them for use in assembly from an identified stocking location.\nWill perform various assembly processes such as installing pcb assemblies into metal chassis, installing cables, installing hardware, following instructions and adhering to quality requirements. Assembly of electro-mechanical parts as well as routing of wires, adding RTV or other adhesives as instructed.\nShould possess a strong mechanical aptitude and an ability to read and interpret written instructions.\nHigh attention to detail.\nProper handling of material and accounting for all inventory.\nOther Duties and Responsibilities\nRecord labor time using the MRP system on a timely basis.\nAdhere to all corporate defined guidelines.\nMust be a US Person (US Citizen or legal permanent resident)\nPlease note that this position will be dedicated to working with customers operating under U.S. export control rules (including ITAR). As a result, this position may include access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls, including restrictions on who may have access. The Company may choose not to apply, or may be unable to apply, for a license as to any applicants whose access to export-controlled technology or software source code may require authorization.
