The area of technical support includes but is not limited to Variable Frequency Drives, 3 Phase Power, System Control Wiring, and Connectivity.\n\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid in New Berlin, WI / Remote in the United States. #LI-Remote\n\nYour role and responsibilities:\n\nProvide technical support via phone & email for common problems related to the application of Low Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). This includes but isn't limited to assisting customers and field techs with commissioning, troubleshooting, and warranty evaluations.\n\nAssist customers with drive programming, parameter configuration, communication, and integration with control systems\n\nCollaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams to resolve complex technical issues\n\nCollaborate with the warranty team to initiate the fulfillment of warranty replacements and labor authorization for warranty repairs\n\nMaintain detailed documentation of support cases, solutions, and best practices using Salesforce Case Management among other tools\n\nStay current with VFD technologies, software updates, and industry trends\n\nOur Team Dynamics\n\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\n\nQualifications for the role:\n\nBachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant Electrical, Technical experience OR associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant Electrical, Technical experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant Electrical, Technical experience required.\n\nKnowledge of how Variable Frequency Drives work, REQUIRED.\n\nHave a firm understanding in the principles of electricity. Must be able to apply these principles in the troubleshooting of drives.\n\nAbility to respond to inquiries from customers and communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
