revision histories\nVerify document accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards\nControl document numbering, filing, retention, and retrieval systems\nDistribute controlled documents to project teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors as required\nMonitor document revisions and ensure only current versions are in circulation\nCoordinate with engineering, quality, procurement, construction, and project management teams regarding document requirements\nPrepare and process document transmittals, submittals, and turnover packages\nMaintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems\nSupport internal and external audits by providing requested documentation\nEnsure document control activities comply with company Quality Management System (QMS) requirements\nTrack and report document status, overdue reviews, and approval progress\nAssist with compilation of manufacturing records, quality dossiers, and project closeout documentation\nProtect confidential and sensitive information through proper document handling practices\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to document management processes\nPerform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor\n\nQualifications & Skills\n\nExperience with document management systems (DMS) and electronic filing systems\nSystems used – Fusion Live, IPIMS, Aconex, Plantsight\nStrong organizational and record-keeping skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)\nKnowledge of document control procedures, revision control, and records management\nAbility to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents\nExcellent attention to detail and communication skills\nExperience in construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, fabrication, or industrial projects preferred\nFor new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen\nFor new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services\n\nPosition
