A company is looking for a Health Guide to support Members in their healthcare journey. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and guide Members through their healthcare experiences Provide motivation, support, and referrals while understanding Members' healthcare needs Connect with Members across various communication channels to build trust and relationships Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent of 5 years' experience in health-related fields 1+ years of experience in customer service Intermediate understanding of the healthcare system and health insurance Experience with benefits navigation in a call center environment Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
