Certifications BLS (AHA) Certifications ARRT (R) Certifications ARRT (CT) Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Computed Tomography in last 3 years. Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years. EMR Epic Skills Assessment COT skills assessment with 2.7+ score. References 1 reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year. Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year. Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission. Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
