Operations Associate
Operations Specialist, Sr The Operations Associate performs administrative and support functions for the Retail Operations area. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to Retail Operations, completing demand deposit and CD account maintenance, coordinating and verifying 1099-INT corrections, processing international currency purchase and selling requests, serving as back-up for Foreign Check Collections, Subpoena processing, and other internal back office applications as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of three years of professional banking experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key competencies include being detail-oriented, organized, a team player, adaptable, and having a good understanding of business.
